Grizz’s Smoked Salmon Log

Ingredients
- 3 lb cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- ¾ of a parsley bunch
- 1 small green onion bunch
- Season salt
Directions
In large bowl mix softened cream cheese and smoked salmon until blended well. Mince parsley, green onions and blend in. Sprinkle season salt until entire mix has a light coating and mix in. Pack in mold or place on a sheet of plastic wrap, shape into a log or roll. You may roll log in pecans, walnuts or parsley if desired. Chill until firm. Serve with crackers.
